1. Order Processing Time

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM (local Irish time) are processed and dispatched on the same day.

Next Business Day Processing: Orders received after 4:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our facility located at: Unit D3, M4 Business Park, Celbridge, Co. Kildare, W23 C9H6, Ireland
3. Delivery Timeframes

Ireland: Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 business days, often arriving the next day.

International: Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method, generally ranging from 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Methods & Tracking
- Tracked Shipping: If you select a tracked shipping method at checkout, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on our website or the courier’s tracking page.
- Standard Shipping: Our free standard shipping option via An Post is available only for deliveries within Ireland and does not include tracking. If you choose this method, tracking information will not be available.
- Free Registered Shipping: For orders over €50, we provide free registered shipping with a tracking number, also available only for Ireland. This option ensures added security and visibility for higher-value orders.
5. Shipping Costs

Ireland: We offer free AnPost standard shipping on all orders within Ireland.
For added peace of mind, orders over €50 are automatically upgraded to free registered shipping with tracking (also limited to Ireland). - International: Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Check Your Tracking Information.
If you selected a tracked shipping method or your order is over €50, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to follow the progress of your shipment via the courier’s website. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to temporary issues with the carrier. -
Standard Shipping Orders (No Tracking)
For orders shipped via standard (non-tracked) delivery, tracking updates are not available. In these cases, we follow a 10 working day delivery window from the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, we consider the shipment as lost and will resend the item or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Please include your order number and any available tracking information (if applicable) so we can assist you as quickly as possible. -
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed as lost — whether tracked or after the 10 working day window for standard delivery — we will.
- Launch an investigation with our logistics partners.
- Offer you a replacement or a full refund, based on availability and your preference.
7. Delivery Issues and Missing Items
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please follow these steps:

Check with neighbors or building management, as the package may have been delivered to the wrong address or held on your behalf.

Contact the local shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you further.
If you've received your package but something is missing, please note the following:

Some items may be shipped separately due to stock availability, size, or weight restrictions. Please review your order confirmation and shipping emails to check if your order is arriving in multiple shipments.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, take clear photos of the outer packaging and its contents before discarding anything. This helps us work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

For any missing items, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include:

Once we receive your report, our team will investigate the matter with our warehouse and logistics partners. If the missing item was due to a packing error, we will promptly arrange a reshipment at no extra cost. If the item is no longer available, we’ll offer either a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
It is important to report missing or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery to ensure a timely and efficient resolution.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, or the package being returned or even destroyed by the courier.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier (if applicable).
- If the package is abandoned or destroyed by the delivery service due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To avoid any issues, please ensure all address details are correct before finalizing your order.
9. Delivery Failed / Local Post Office Collection
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful—due to reasons such as an unclear address, restricted access, or no one available to receive the package—your order may be redirected to your local post office for collection.
In such cases, you will be notified by the delivery carrier, and our team may also follow up with additional instructions.
To avoid delays or missed deliveries, we recommend monitoring your tracking number regularly for real-time updates. If your package is held at the post office, please visit with valid identification and follow any collection instructions provided by the carrier.
