How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders on the same day, Monday to Friday, as long as they are placed before 4:00 PM (Irish time). Orders received after 4:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in Ireland: Unit D3, M4 Business Park, Celbridge, Co. Kildare, W23 C9H6.
Shipping from within Ireland allows us to offer faster and more reliable delivery, especially for domestic orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

Please note that An Post’s standard shipping option, which is offered for free, does not include tracking. If you chose this method, tracking will not be available.

I never got my order, what to do?

- If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly for more information.
