When you buy a new product from us, we’ll take back your old electronic item free of charge.

♻️ This operates on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis:

✅ Example: If you buy a charger, you can return an old charger of the same kind.

This ensures that every new purchase is matched with the safe recycling of an equivalent item.

🔋 Battery Recycling

We accept waste batteries at any time, even if you don’t buy anything.
This includes both standard and rechargeable batteries of the types we sell.

📦 How to Return WEEE & Batteries

You can return your old electronics or batteries to us in two ways:

In-store: Bring them directly to our store for safe recycling.
By post: You can post your old batteries or small WEEE items back to us.
(Tip: Please package items securely before posting to avoid leaks or damage.)

You can also bring your old electronics, batteries, and light bulbs to your local civic amenity site free of charge.
