I am far from techy and had ordered a screen protector and case for my little fellas new tablet. unknowing to me I had order 2 different sizes. The customer service team rang me prior to posting to confirm the sizing required and helped me figure the correct size i needed. They amended my order flawlessly to ensure i received the correct goods. Everything arrived and was PERFECT! As a not techy mom who would have had a very disappointed little boy, this made all the difference and i will most certainly be a returning customer!
