I received a replacement battery from First Help Tech ...but unfortunately even tho the charging icon showed battery to be on charge it discharged completely ... Contacted First Help Tech who asked a few pertinent questions then advised that it was possibly the phone not the battery that was at fault but to eliminate battery issue they requested i place an order for a second battery . If the second worked thay would refund the first ...if not ...they would refund BOTH as the fault was the phone and not the battery .........I dont think you could ask for fairer than that !!!... First class !!!!!

I was having such trouble trying to get a new battery until I went online and found first help tech. They posted it and I had the battery in two days, I cant recommend hightly enough.
