Click & Collect Policy

At FirstHelpTech.ie, we offer a Click & Collect service for customers who prefer to collect their order in person instead of having it shipped. Here's how it works:

🛒 How Click & Collect Works

1. Order Online
   Place your order on our website and select the Click & Collect option during checkout.
2. Wait for Confirmation
   We will send you an email once your order is ready to collect. This may take anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours, including weekends and public holidays.
   Please do not attempt to collect before receiving your confirmation email.
   We are not responsible for any time wasted if you arrive before your order is confirmed as ready.
3. Collect Your Order
   Once confirmed, you can collect your order at:

   Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell.
   Note: This is a warehouse facility — not open for public browsing.

🕐 Collection Times:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Closed on weekends and public holidays

📄 What You Need to Bring

• Your order confirmation email (on your phone or printed)
