The TP-Link Tapo C615G KIT is a solar-powered outdoor 4G LTE pan/tilt security camera system designed for locations where Wi-Fi or mains power is unavailable. With 2K 3MP video, 360° coverage, AI-powered person/pet/vehicle detection and tracking, color night vision, and an included solar panel, it is particularly suited to farms, construction sites, holiday properties, warehouses, and other remote locations.
- 4G LTE connectivity — works using a Nano SIM card and mobile data connection, so permanent Wi-Fi is not required. A compatible SIM card and data plan are sold separately.
- 2K 3MP video quality — records at up to 2304 × 1296 pixels, providing significantly more detail than standard 1080p video.
- 360° pan/tilt coverage — provides 360° horizontal coverage and up to 134° vertical viewing coverage, helping monitor large outdoor areas with a single camera.
- AI detection and tracking — intelligently detects people, pets, and vehicles and can automatically track detected subjects as they move through the monitored area.
- Solar-powered operation — supplied with the Tapo A201 solar panel, rated at up to 2.5W, to recharge the camera's integrated battery and reduce the need for manual charging. TP-Link states that under its specified test conditions, around 45 minutes of direct sunlight can provide enough energy for a day's typical usage.
- 6700mAh rechargeable battery — the integrated lithium-ion battery is rated for up to 120 days per charge under TP-Link's laboratory usage assumptions, although actual runtime varies with activity, settings, mobile signal, and weather.
- Color night vision — two integrated spotlights enable full-color nighttime monitoring, while an 850nm infrared LED provides conventional IR night vision.
- Two-way audio — built-in microphone and speaker with noise cancellation allow you to listen and communicate remotely through the Tapo app.
- Sound and light alarm — an integrated siren and adjustable spotlights can be used to discourage unwanted visitors when activity is detected.
- Up to 512GB microSD storage — recordings can be stored locally on a microSD card of up to 512GB (card sold separately), with optional Tapo Care cloud storage also available by subscription.
- IP65 weather resistance — both the camera and solar panel are IP65-rated for outdoor use and designed to withstand rain and dust. Operating temperature is -20°C to 45°C.
- Smart home integration — compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for supported voice and smart-display functions.
