Warranty and returns
We want our products to help your device have a better performance and a longer life. That's why all items that we ship are twice tested and verified. Our warranties ensure you have a fantastic gadget experience while giving you total peace of mind.
First Help Tech warrants to you that for a specific period (based on the type of the product, listed below) from the date the Phone and/or Tablet Parts or Accessories are provided to you (“Warranty Period”), each Part and Accessory provided to you will be materially free of manufacturing defects.
First Help Tech’s sole obligation, and your sole remedy, under this warranty, is limited to refund, repair, or replacement of the defective Part or Accessory. Our obligations under the warranty are conditioned on you promptly notifying us at email@example.com of any warranty claim and complying.Warranty Period by Product

The warranty specifically excludes
- any Part or Accessory that was altered, repaired, or modified by a party other than First Help Tech or without First Help Tech’s prior written consent;
- any defects, damage, or errors that
- were the result of improper testing, installation, storage, mishandling, abuse, misuse, accident, or causes other than the ordinary use of the Part or Accessory, or
- use of the Part or Accessory in conjunction with another product which is incompatible, or of inferior quality;
- warranty claims by any individual other than you, or warranty claims after the Warranty Period; and
- any warranty claim for which we determine that there is no defect in the returned Part or Accessory.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our Return Center.
Please note that all items are carefully tested before shipping and there is no chance of the item being sent with physical damage. Unfortunately, physical damage may occur in the transit, in this case, WE are responsible for sending a new item.
So please inspect the item immediately when you receive it and if you find any damage, please report it to us immediately using our email address.
Please do not install or use the item, any physical damage reported after installation or use WILL NOT BE COVERED.
In case the item you ordered doesn't fit your phone, please write us at email@example.com to discuss a possible exchange. An additional charge may be required.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items are gift cards and sale/promotional items. To complete your return, we require your order ID or proof of purchase or to use our Return Center, using your mail and order ID.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To return your product, you should follow the instructions of the Return Center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received the item more than 30 days ago, the Return Center may not find your order in the database. In those cases, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a solution.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, an LCD Screen, a Touch Panel or a Tempered Glass, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
